Import Duties and VAT
All orders are shipped from Taiwan. Packages may be subject to customs duties and VAT once it arrives in the destination country, and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the package. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary from country to country. If you have any questions related to customs charges you are encouraged to contact your local courier or customs office.

Delivery
JumpFromPaper gladly accepts orders from all around the globe. Delivery dates may vary depending on the region for your order. Orders will normally arrive within 10 working days from the date we receive your payment on PayPal. Please note that the delay of delivery may occur due to procedures of customs clearance, weather, area, traffic or any other unpredictable condition.

    Changing/cancelling an Order Before It Ships
    Most orders you place on JumpFromPaper enter the shipping process very quickly so we can get your items to you as soon as possible.
    You can update your unshipped orders (shipping address, name of recipient, etc), or if you decide you don’t need an item anymore, please feel free to contact us.
    If your order has already been shipped: Since orders in the shipping process cannot be modified, you’ll need to initiate a Return when the item arrives. We promise to refund item sold by jumpfrompaper.com/shop when you return it to us in new and saleable condition within 7 working days after receipt of the item. Please note that the shipping cost of returning items will be customers’ sole responsibility, unless items are defected.

Returns
We promise to refund item sold by jumpfrompaper.com/shop when you return it to us in new and saleable condition within 7 working days after receipt of the item. Return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund depending on the reason for return. Please note that customers are solely responsible for import tax and customs duties when required, and these are not refundable. To return or exchange an item, please send an e-mail to our customer service advising the reasons of return. After you get a confirmation email which will include the delivery address, please then ship the item via an economical method. If the return was the result of our error, we’ll reimburse you for the shipping costs once we receive it back.

Item returned should be in new condition, still contains the original tags, and is in its original product packaging. All original packaging and materials including boxes, tags, gifts and any other materials in the original shipment must be returned with your merchandise. Return will be returned to you if the product exhibits any obvious signs of wear or is not in the condition in which it was received.

Any associated fees and shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. If you return the product beyond the 7 working day return window, a 30% late fee will be assessed, which will also be deducted from your refund. If your return is the result of our error(e.g. damaged, defective, lost, etc.), we will refund you the return shipping costs.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

    Non-Acceptable
    - Worn, damaged, washed, soiled or altered item.
    - Unauthorized return with no request has been made in advance.
    - Item shipped by cash on delivery without our agreement.

Exchanges
If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us.
If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item and place another order for the item you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order.

Privacy
Your privacy is important to us, and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers and customers shipping products internationally to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

Also, we may provide certain order, shipment, and product information, such as titles, to our international carriers, and such information may be communicated by the carriers to customs authorities in order to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.
